Who We Are
Courtney Merry
​
Courtney Merry is a Tennesse and Minnesota CPA. She has over fifteen years of public accounting experience, in both Big 4 and regional accounting firms. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries, ranging from retail establishments to veterinarians as well as individuals. She holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Accounting from Baylor University in Waco, TX.

Peter Merry

Peter Merry is a Minnesota CPA, inactive, with over twenty years of experience as a corporate controller in the energy and construction industries. Peter has extensive experience in controllership duties including financial reporting, treasury management, receivable/payable management, payroll, fixed assets and has led system implementation projects for various equity based compensation software packages, Workiva and Blackline. Peter has many years of experience in Oracle EBS and Viewpoint ERP systems along with knowledge of small business software suites. Peter was an auditor for KPMG. He holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Finance and Accounting from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX.
